Annie Lennox

Annie Lennox's parents include Dorothy Farquharson as well as Thomas Allison Lennox. Dorothy Farquharson is her mother as is Thomas Allison Lennox, father. Lennox was a student for three year in the Royal Academy of Music London in the 1970s was accepted. Lennox lived on a student allowance and took in part-time jobs to increase her income. Lennox wasn't content with her abilities compared to the other students at Royal Academy and began looking to find alternative routes. Lennox was a flute player in the 1976 group called Dragons Playground. However, she left shortly before New Faces, the I.T.V. talent contest. She was the main singer for The Tourists a British pop group from 1977 until 1980. She began to meet Dave Stewart, with whom they would create the pop duo Eurythmics. Lennox started working with Diva in 1992. It was her debut solo album. The album was hugely successful both commercially and critically. Nostalgia Lennox's 6th solo album was released in November 2014. The C.D. Lennox selected her favorites blues and soul from early childhood. Lepidoptera includes four keyboard improvised tracks. The E.P. The E.P. is her debut self-produced album as well as a follow-up to her art work made at Massachusetts Museum of Contemporary Art called Now I Let You Go... Annie Lennox born December 25 1954, is a Scottish philanthropist political activist and music producer and singer. The Tourists gained some minor recognition for her and Dave Stewart's work throughout the 1970s. They went on, in the 1980s, to become the popular duo Eurythmics. In 1992, Lennox started her own solo career, releasing her debut album Diva which yielded numerous successful songs includingWhy andWalking on Broken Glass.
